Rave Circuit · Structured Intervals (45/15)
from TK Sirmize Hosted by KTTK Love
This mix was created as a structured training anchor for rave-inspired circuit workouts that follow a consistent 45 seconds on / 15 seconds off interval format. Every work and rest phase in this session adheres to that timing. There are no extended pushes or variable recoveries in this version. The structure is intentional. The repetition builds reliability, trust, and ease of facilitation for instructors and participants alike. At the same time, this mix reflects a deeper practice held by KTTK Love: using sound not only to drive output, but to support listening, regulation, and presence under load. This session sits at the threshold between traditional interval training and music-led movement work. The clock holds the form here. The music begins to suggest another relationship — one where rhythm, attention, and embodied awareness become part of the training itself. Future Rave Circuit sessions may explore more elastic pacing and music-responsive flow. This version remains intentionally fixed, offering a clear baseline from which that evolution can grow.
