Raven Johnson on Fever Rookie Year, Guarding Kelsey Mitchell & Who’s Dawn Staley’s Favorite? | Ep.48

Raven Johnson is officially in the building! 🔥 The Indiana Fever rookie and two-time South Carolina National Champion joins Candace Parker and her teammate Aliyah Boston on Post Moves to talk all about her first season in the WNBA. Raven opens up about adjusting to the league, her “Welcome to the W” moment guarding Kelsey Mitchell, and leaning on veteran teammates like AB and Caitlin Clark. But of course, when you get two Gamecocks together, we HAVE to talk South Carolina women’s basketball. 🤙 Raven and AB look back on their NCAA National Championships, favorite memories in Columbia, and what it was really like playing for Dawn Staley. They even debate Coach Staley’s Top 5 favorites before “Hollywood” Raven shows off another side of her game and breaks down some of her best WNBA tunnel fits. Plus, Candace and Aliyah catch up on AB’s trip to Berlin for the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup and her new Kraft commercial before Raven joins the show.
