At the end of our last episode, our heroes arrived at a strange spiral shaped jungle island rife with mutated creatures from other worlds. They'd been collected here in some sort of menagerie. Come to find out, Vannifar had survived after a fashion; living on as a copy of her consciousness within the magical gem implant in Jerrick's brain. Having brought papaya, the spawn of the kaiju named pineapple to this island, Vannifar chose this moment to reveal her masterstroke. The trident of simic office known as compendium had been separated from jerrick for thousands of years due to time dilation and had been using its magical programming to conduct experiments, collecting and growing creatures from this world and others on this island. Vannifar has awakened her consciousness within papaya and asked the party to spare her and go on their way. Should the party accept? Or fight the mighty vannifar once again? Jerrick gets impromptu brain surgery (again), Alpha plans for her future, and Ubbe chooses violence.
