Marek Bowers is the founder and creator of Rawlogy, a health and wellness company focused on sustainable self-care products. As an avid outdoorsman and single working Dad, Marek wanted tools to support his health care and exercise routine that were sustainable and light enough to take anywhere (like on backpacking trips). That's when he created the Rawlogy Cork Massage Ball, an eco-friendly, ultra-light solution for self-massage on the trail. He had used massagers in the past but found many to be made with synthetics and chemicals, and they were too heavy to carry on trips. Marek joins Justin to discuss launching this brand!
