He went up last weekend to support friend of the show, Gwyn F., on his 100+ mile ultramarathon, I.M.T.U.F. McCall did not disappoint and neither did our friend as he crushed his PR and took home the belt buckle. Alongside the Welsh Menace, Ben highlights some friends and family that have made a big difference in his life this last week. Plus, be prepared for the couple of times he was violently assaulted.
