In the second installment, we continue our conversation with Raymond Mutura, Director of Organizations, Work and Family at Strathmore Business School as he discusses Family and the idea of family businesses. Raymond also shares an outline of some of the Programs and Research on Family and organizations at the Research Center he heads at Strathmore.  Amongst His many roles and areas of involvement on the family domain, Raymond is also President, Program for Family Development and Voice of the Family Development International.
