Rays' Power Hitters Shine in Spring Training

The Tampa Bay Rays, despite a tough spring training loss, are poised for success with their young sluggers, Junior Caminero and Jonathan Aranda, delivering clutch home runs in the World Baseball Classic. Their offensive firepower, ranked among the best, pairs well with their run-prevention strengths. The team plans heavy platoons, with right-handers like Ben Williamson and Jonny DeLuca spelling lefties, and catchers Hunter Feduccia and Nick Fortes forming a versatile pair. Against right-handers, expect Diaz at DH, Aranda at first, and Caminero at third to lead off, while versus lefties, they swap in more right-handed options.
