In this episode, I introduce a brand new runner case study I am doing with new runner Carrie Poss. Carrie is an elementary school teacher from Georgia who is currently training for her first half marathon. We get to know Carrie's background, her running goals, her strengths and weaknesses and we look at next steps to help her reach her goals.
