RB2s - 3rd/4th Round Running Backs

I sit down with a formidable fantasy football opponent, Tom Hines. After dueling it out in fantasy these last 3 years we decided to settle our differences and chat about this special group of running backs. These guys you want to target in the early rounds to compliment your RB1 or strong WRs.  We agree and disagree on different players and what we expect from them this upcoming season.
