RBVOY 001 – Caretaker (S1E1)

Rebinging Star Trek Voyager: Caretaker Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to Rebinge Star Trek Voyager S1E1: Caretaker. It's finally here! Episode 1 of the Voyager pod! In the pilot of this 90s Trek show we meet our main characters as they are flung 70,000 light years from home. We are introduced to Captain Janeway and her crew on a rescue mission which goes quite awry. Caretaker Captain Katherine Janeway is in search of her missing Security Officer, a Vulcan named Tuvok. He was last seen as an undercover Maquis on Captain Chakotay's ship. When that ship goes missing in the badlands, Janeway recruits a former Maquis (Tom Paris) and takes Voyager into the badlands (but first we stop at Deep Space Nine to say 'hi' to Quark). What's this rebinge thing? It’s a re-watch of a thing you’ve already seen but love to watch and talk about. We go deep with every episode, walking you through every scene and analyzing all of the characters and story lines.
