This China Virus pandemic has taken a toll on all of us. And juggling a busy career and family, trying to maintain some sort of social life, and traveling is super difficult. When we run on steam and are just surviving through life, and not thriving, we can’t sustain that long-term. When we don't reconnect daily to what keeps us inspired, we run dry. WE end up depriving and depleting ourselves. As a result, we can't give our family members, co-workers, or even our dreams and passions the attention they need - or that we want to give to them. When you lack energy, there’s no way you’re going to achieve and be able to go and do all that you want.Inspiration literally means to breathe in, to energize our life force. So one of the best ways to combat the exhaustion of this pandemic is to connect to your deepest inspiration, your inner life, and implement some new mindsets, strategies, and practical steps that will bring you the energy you need to LIVE YOUR INSPIRATIONThe great news is that there are some really simple ways we can alleviate that stress and boost our immune systems naturally, giving our body a chance to recover and find some balance (and who wouldn’t want a bit more balance in their lives!) Taking care of yourself is essential to supporting yourself and giving you the PHYSICAL energy you need.—SPIRITUAL: It doesn't matter how much you work out, how healthy you eat, or how much you sleep, if you're not feeding and exercising your spirit, you'll still run out of gas. You’ll learn how we feed our spirits and how you can do the same.—RELATIONAL: Focusing on and reaching out to others helps to keep you on your toes and keeps life interesting. We have some suggestions we’ll be offering to help energize you, especially in regards to how you relate to others and how to energize your relationships.—EMOTIONAL: dealing with stress, uncovering your passions, and nurturing happiness  will —CREATIVE: Hon in on what it means to have an artist date, how songwriting energizes us, and how spending time on creative hobbies will put some sizzle in your step.
