Today, you're in for a treat because I am talking with Trudi Lebron. Trudi is a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant and trainer. And y'all, she's not new at this. She has been around a while, and she knows this stuff inside and out. Trudi helps business owners of all sizes build equity and inclusion into the business model. This is not something that you just go to a training on and then you're done. If you really want to do this right, you have to make a long-term commitment to doing the work.
