Re-victimizing

from Through My Looking Glass

If you ask me how I am doing? I am standing next to many of my brother and sisters with a shovel in our hand ready to bury our next brother or sister. As victims and survivors try to go on with our daily lives we can experience triggers that can cause re-victimization. Lost of sleep, nightmare, lost of appetite and more. It can also make us so angry we can become abusers. lets support each other. On April 20, 2021 a cold hearted white former police officer I do not want to say his name. I thing saying his name gives him power. This former officer was found guilty of brutally killing a brother George Floyd. Finding an white officer guilty of killing one of us is new for us yet we know this is like finding a needle is a haystack.
