Sesiunea nr 3 a discutiilor re7 in limba romana este despre Facebook Ads in perioada Black Friday.  In campaniile Facebook Ads avem 3 componente importante: obiective, audienta si reclama. Succesul unei campanii sta in gasirea unei combinatii potrivite dintre cele 3 componente.   Care sunt top obiective pe care le recomandam?  Important este sa generam cat mai mult trafic pe site si sa folosim o audienta calda (excludem userii care stiu deja de brand - care au interactionat in trecut cu brandul sau site-ul). Cladim o strategie cu obiectivul de a genera trafic nou pe site. Un alt obiectiv folosit este conversie - acest obiectiv ajuta algoritmul sa afiseze reclamelele unui public potential sa faca o conversie - o actiune precum cumpararea. Alte obiective din funnelul folosit: brand awareness, engagement.  Dar pentru campaniile Facebook Ads de Black Friday recomandam sa generam trafic pe site si apoi retargetam utilizatorii in campaniile cu obiectivul de conversii.  Ce audiente folosim?  Pe un cont nou de reclame este recomandat sa folosim audiente bazate pe interese. In Facebook Ads functioneaza audientele generale (lasand algoritmul sa identifice potentialii clienti). Folosim campanii de retargetare a userilor, precum si audiente similare cu cei care au efectuat deja o actiune pe site. Si pentru audientele de retargetare (remarketing) implementam un funnel pe baza experientei userului pe site - audientele noastre sunt in diferite stadii de achizitie.  Audienta care interactioneaza cu reclamele Facebook, dar nu au vizitat site-ul. Cei care au vizitat site-ul si au pus produsele in Whishlist. Cei care au pus produsele in cont si nu au cumparat. Cei care au cumparat in ultima luna, dar nu au cumparat in ultimele 7 zile.  Crearea audientelor este un pilon important in strategia de marketing.   Care sunt top reclame recomandate?  Din experienta noastra am sesizat ca este important sa avem reclame simple, clare, usor de inteles, iar ofertele vor aduce mai multe vanzari decat o reclama fara oferta.  Asa cum am inceput acest video, campaniile Facebook Ads inseamna gasirea obiectivului potrivit pentru audienta potrivita si crearea reclamei potrivite.
