Rea is a consultant, strategist, speaker and advocate for organisational change and transformation with a focus on gender equity. Rea looks at different organisations addressing bias and facilitating conversations about structural change for an inclusive working culture. She founded IN-VISIBLE BERLIN in 2019  with the purpose of supporting organisations to establish more gender equity. In this episode we discuss gender studies and uncover main themes and talk about what businesses can learn from gender studies.
