Reach Your Potential: Helping Nerds, Gamers & High Achievers Rise With Loren Silverman

from Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast · host Digital Trailblazers

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today’s episode, we’re helping nerds, geeks, gamers, high achievers, and underdogs who feel overwhelmed but know they’re capable of more to find clarity and confidence.Loren Silverman grew up as the classic nerd underdog. He was often the outsider, bullied, and felt like he could never live up to what others expected of him. Over the course of three decades, his career took many shapes. After college, he spent two years working as a stage manager on nights and weekends at a regional theatre while assisting a general contractor during the day. From there, he spent twelve years as an operations director for a wholesale jewelry company, supported by his GIA Diamond Graduate certification. Eventually, he moved into an eighteen-year career in tech that included leading major programs and guiding teams at firms like Ernst and Young.Even with all that experience, he still felt disconnected, burned out, and like he was living a version of success that did not fit him. The work looked impressive, but it was not fulfilling. Everything shifted when he traveled to Poland to support Ukrainian refugees. He drove families to safety, delivered medicine, and saw what service looks like when everything else is stripped away. In that environment, he realized that the most meaningful moments of his life had nothing to do with technology and everything to do with helping people move forward. That clarity pushed him to step away from the traditional path and seek formal ICF-accredited coach training. He built a coaching practice for the people he relates to most: nerds, geeks, gamers, high achievers, and underdogs who feel overwhelmed but know they are capable of more. He also created a structured program called Life Reboot: Nerd Edition that helps clients take their next steps with clarity and confidence. Today, he equips them with tools to get clear on what matters, protect their time and energy to avoid burnout, and act in alignment with their values. If you have ever felt stuck, scattered, or unsure of which direction to take next, you are not alone. With consistent support and simple, grounded actions, meaningful change becomes possible.Connect with Loren Here: https://www.facebook.com/[email protected]@lorensilvermancoachhttps://silvermancoach.comGrab the freebie here: https://digitaltrailblazer.silvermancoach.com===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe.
