Reaching
from crumbs from His table fellowship podcast Hosted by christina moore
My roots are in Zion; My home is not here. This groaning life is pilgrimage, a tortuous, Path winding where the wind blows. All my stability is in heaven, In the trustworthy promises of God, In the unchanging, eternal Rock of Refuge. All my nourishment comes from His Word, drunk deeply, From living in the light of the good news of salvation, From living in communion with the Triune God And the body of Christ across time and space, Bound ineffably, invisibly, inextricably by Mycelial filaments of grace and the One Spirit. His living water never ceases to flow. He is fruitfulness in the year of drought, Flourishing in the day of famine, Faithfulness when all help fails, When friends flee, When best hopes disappoint. Rooted in the living God and hope of heaven, My soul can thrive and nourish others As we await our hearts’ true home and The exceeding, eternal, incomparable weight And blazing Day of Glory ahead. {You may support this writing through buymeacoffee.com/crumbsfromhistable .
