Reaching for Normal

This episode was a great conversation, but very sad for me, so much so that I actually took a week from any podcast recordings. Amy Daniels is a mother who lost her daughter Emily from a complex medical condition which was a tumor in which she received many treatments over the years, Which also lead to cognitive issues, and physical issues. Her daughter inspired her to write a book which is her memoir to her daughter through the eyes of her mother/caregiver. And we get to hear the dynamic between her and the rest of her family and how Emily's passing affected not only Amy but also her sister, and father.
