Reaction to Mount Suir balcony collapse report...

A NEW report into the incident in March which saw two children fall from the balcony of a Council apartment was released in recent days. The report has highlighted issues with the balcony's screws and brackets. A seven-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy were injured in the incident on Friday, March 20, with the boy, in particular, suffering serious injuries. On 'Deise Today' this week, Damien spoke to Independent Waterford City and County Councillor Joe Kelly about the report - as well as Maggie Moody, who has long campaigned for issues at Mount Suir to be addressed.
