No kind of virtuoso performer, I messed and multitracked. Three tracks were of items in the chosen kitchen drawer, mostly metal kitchen measuring cups and spoons, recorded open air in the drawer itself. Two tracks were of the drawer as read by PhonoPaper, a fun smartphone cousin to the multiplatform Virtual ANS program. One track read the light and dark values of the drawer and converted them on the fly into sound, another partly used a still capture of the drawer (sometimes playing, sometimes cued in real time) and more the drawer of items as read in real time.
