Read before you proceed

Story time... I was a member of a well known organization in Philly. I was preparing to do business with one ☝️ of it’s members that supposedly specialized in lending. My credit was in good standing. He stated it needed to be higher to qualify for the original type of loan for the company that he worked for, but failed to give any specific details on what the issues were. Instead he put me in contact with a company that he said was a great fit who could easily lend to me. Low and behold he was the owner and would be receiving double payouts from the loan that I was set to sign and accept. I read all documents including the fine print. Had I not done that this man would have had me jammed up so bad that if anything would have gone wrong with h the deal he would have owned my entire real estate 🏡 portfolio and I would have still been required to pay the loan back. Stop 🛑 assuming that because folks are in the game they are giving you all the details. Most banks 🏦 or private lenders DO NOT have your best interest at heart ♥️. Please ALWAYS READ BEFORE you proceed
