What did you think? Lets chat! I love me some rural fiction and have adored Penelope Janu novels from the first one I read years ago now! Animals, adventure and romance go so well together don't they! The Summerfield Saddler is Penelope Janu's eighth novel and I just loved it- Mac is such a plucky main character, her grandpa Gordon is the best, I would have let Keith Urban (the dog) stay in the nursing home too...loved it all, Kit is just so dreamy...just wait til you've met his acquaintance...what a viking!! Loved it all so much!!!! And to join  our ReadA Book community  head on over to www.readabook.com.au.
