1. Human beings are predictable. Their predictability is your power. 2. You must learn to understand, read and predict their behaviors. 3. 1st impressions, reading physical appearance and body language. 4. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Learning to hear more than just words. 5. Ask clearly defined questions about the outcome you seek. Watch and hear the response. 6. Recognize Behaviors: A. Repeated Questions B. Um, ugh hugh, ok's, sure, well, but... C. Words of commitment & non commitment 7. Actions speak louder than words 8. Eyes, watch the eye movement, Eyes tell the story. 9. Body Language signals, crossed legs, crossed arms... 10. People who are articulate, vs. people who are vague and uncertain. 11. Trust your feelings, trust your inner voice. 12. Read how others are reading you.
