We are continuing in our series on how to study Scripture! This week we are specifically looking at the "Occasion" of the text and how understanding the cultural background, and the immediate context helps with interpreting what Scripture means. So often, the Bible is treated like a simple, easy to grasp self-help book, when in fact it is something that is worthy of our time and our study.
