In Exodus 18, Moses reunites with his family, only to receive a blunt but life-changing challenge from his father-in-law, Jethro: “What you are doing is not good.” Jethro’s wisdom reshapes how Moses leads, showing us that leadership isn’t about doing it all—it’s about equipping others to share the load.  So, who are you empowering?
