Ready Talk: Mark Earle

For our next episode of Ready Talk, Jack Johnstone sits down with Mark Earle, Chairman and Director of Buxton Real Estate Group. When it comes to a passion for real estate Mark Earle is renowned for his unwavering commitment and his unyielding motivation to succeed. Head-hunted into real-estate at an early age, Mark's desire to lead the way in his chosen profession was always clear...he has been in the business since 1994; almost all spent as one of Victoria's top real estate agents. Selling via auction continues to play a central role in today’s premium markets. As an accomplished auctioneer, Mark naturally instils pre-auction confidence; putting even the most nervous vendor at ease. This same calm, confidence and energetic assertiveness extends to Mark’s place at the negotiating table. Here, Mark's ability to read the room, lead the negotiation, and extend purchasers to their upper limits ensures his vendors always achieve the best possible outcome. Jack's discussion with Mark discusses his beginnings in real estate, from a junior property manager to the chairman of one of the most successful franchises in the country. Mark gives valuable insight into how to differentiate a brand while touching on key market trends; how construction costs have affected land values, shifting trends in residential developments, and how developers can navigate these trends to maximise value in their projects.
