In this week's episode, I will be joined by Kara Welke. Kara has always been passionate about Occupational Therapy. In fact, she started sharing the word about occupational therapy before even being an occupational therapy student as she started the pre-occupational therapy group on campus as an undergraduate. Since graduating, she has had a wide variety of experiences. She has worked with pediatrics through geriatrics in various settings. She even ventured away from traditional occupational therapy for a few years and had the privilege of starting an Early Head Start program from the ground up and was the director of the EHS program. Kara has been teaching in an OTA program as well as serving as the academic fieldwork coordinator for the past 7 years.In this episode, we talked about How to start and scale your private practice.
