Real Estate Agent 2022 Action Plan 1 - Check on your pending transactions set to close the last 2 weeks of December or the first week of January and close them early if possible. Christmas and New Year’s Day are both on a Saturday, but Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are on Fridays, which will mean no one closes on those days! Avoid delays with smarter scheduling. 2 - Resolve all financing, inspection, possession, and appraisal issues immediately on your pending transactions. This is how you should always operate, not just during the holidays, but especially during the holidays. The issues don’t get better when you procrastinate them. Communicate regularly with these clients so they don’t cancel on you due to their own holiday stress! 3 - Send Christmas or Holiday cards to all your pending clients, coming soon listing clients, anyone who referred business to you, including other Realtors.
