Dave is currently working on The Leon Project, a residential building next to the famed Ponce City Market in Midtown. He is a board member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and of Southface Insitute. The Southface Institute promotes sustainable homes, workplaces and communities through education, research, advocacy and technical assistance. Dave has also been instrumental in the development of the LEED program which stands for leadership, energy, environmental, and design. Dave is passionate about creating accessible, sustainable design across his portfolio.
