Leland is the owner of 4 units as well as uses Airbnb as a modicum to grow his business. Real Estate is NOT a set it and forget it game. What I loved about talking with Leland, was not only is he Filipino but he also was in the Navy, started in real estate investing while active duty, and still holds to his roots strong. So seeing his perspectives on investing blessed me with more knowledge I might try out.
