Originally from Czechoslovakia, Monika Grew up in a small town with 30,000 people in a business minded family. Her father was in finance and her mom was certified public accountant. Both parents exhibited strong work ethics that Monika would soon adopt on her own.At the early age of 12 , Monika left her home for a running boarding school to pursue her dream of running in Olympics and represented her country on international levels.Monika received a BA in a marketing and management...but had to repeat her schooling again once in USA.....After working with General Mills and 3M company where she was trained as Six Sigma and participated in a women leadership council, she relocated with her family to Cincinnati in 2004 for her husband's job.Monika acquired her real estate licence shortly after, and used her management and marketing skills to grow her real estate business and becoming #1 Remax Agent in Southern Ohio from 2011- 2019.
