Real Estate Market Update - September 2023

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) just released the latest inflation percentage of 3.7% which is not what most were hoping for. Still, there is positive news in the latest real estate data concerning home inventory and house prices.Home prices were up 0.2% from the previous month and over 9% from the same time last year. The number of homes currently for sale is 6% higher than the previous month but still down over 40% than one year ago.
