John Marchese has been a real estate investor since 2017. He got his start in the way he believes most people should, with a simple two-family “house hack”. However, his love for real estate and everything property-related started long before that, having grown up in the construction industry and starting his first construction company Kitchens By Lombco 8 years ago. John now has a rental portfolio of 23 units, has completed 3 flips, and is the owner of Marchese Development, which consists of new construction and large redevelopment projects throughout MA. Over the last year, John has also set his goals on building a large commercial real estate company with his two partners Matt and Ryan.
