Welcome to the “Real Estate Take” podcast! This is episode #3 featuring Evans Wright. Evans Wright is a military veteran and currently resides in Waxhaw, NC. He previously served 12 years active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Nuclear Missile Operator and has been involved in real estate since 2015. He started out with house hacking multifamily properties while adding value and raising rents which allowed him to scale quickly to owning 13 doors. During the pandemic, he sold his fourplex, did a 1031 exchange with a duplex and currently owns nine doors.
