Ryan Emrich is a real estate investor and finances professional from the greater Boston, Massachusetts area. Ryan started his real estate investing journey in 2019 by house-hacking a triplex in Worcester, MA, utilizing the FHA 3.5% loan program. Last year, Ryan also utilized the FHA 203K loan product on a multifamily rehab just outside of Boston, MA. Ryan owns 17 units between himself and his investing partners at Blue Canyon Equity Partners.
