In today’s episode I get a little bit personal and share a backstory on my lack of engagement with my first few jobs, and what I wished my former managers would’ve done to help me stay engaged. I then go on to give a motivational rant highlighting why it’s not only a good human being thing to do but a good business decision to go outside the box find resources, mentors, and job opportunities that better fit personal goals and perspectives for your staff and how if you do so good things can happen at a business level.
