Real Light

Actually, there is no one better to tell us than Jesus Himself. Our Savior declares about Himself in John 8, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” When we place our trust in Jesus as our Savior and Lord, His light lives in us. And we can shine it in our families, our communities, and our nation. And truly, we need to! There are so many things we try to substitute for it. We believe the lie that passions and success will fill us up with light and life, only to leave us empty. But hallelujah! Jesus made a way for us to have real light through His work on the cross.
