Real Mama Talk about Breast Feeding

Hey Mama-- I am here to dish out the first week of my breast feeding journey & unpack a ton of revelations I had.  Some were so unexpected and slapped me in the face.  I really could have avoided so much of the confusion, heart ache, and disappointment had I taken the time to prepare a little bit. Because while this process is natural... it is also very unnatural.  So listen along and hear me be authentic and straight up about my journey the highs and lows and the amount of dedication and selflessness breastfeeding takes from all parties involved.  This takes mental strength and perseverance and I don't say that statement lightly... especially if you are like me and are a naturally selfish person.  We are talking all the tricks too in this episode from diet and water to nipple shields and sugar water to drip on the nip!
