My brother R' Daniel joins me again for a conversation about what some might refer to as a 'controversial' interpretation of Tefillin found in Rashbam's comments on this week's Parsha, Parshas Bo (as well as a counter-argument by a famous fellow Pashtan, the Ibn Ezra).
