Real with Omar Ep 109: Kenny Shane

In this episode, I sit down with Kenny Shane, partner at Mitchell and Doonan, whose relationship with me started on the basketball court at 6 AM — where discipline, consistency, and mindset show up before most people hit snooze. From early morning runs to boardroom leadership, Kenny shares his journey to becoming a partner in a respected accounting firm, and how hip hop and his work as a rapper fuel his creativity and edge. This conversation is about relationships built in real life, showing up daily, and how the right connections — often formed outside the office — can change everything.
