Today's guest has worked quickly to build a portfolio of single-family rentals. She works a full-time job as a nurse, and bought 21 homes in less than a year. But she isn't just motivated by the thought of a secure future for herself. She is specializing in Section 8 homes that house single moms and their kids to be sure they have safe and affordable housing.
