Realising Identity Prevents us from 'Being'

We all identify differently. May it be with our jobs, our familial roles, our names or a preference. While these can provide us with comfort and a sense of relation... I've found that by identifying with individual aspects of our interests or lifestyles takes away the opportunity to just 'be' who we are. And we are all big, beautiful and infinitely complex beings existing within a world that is limiting our expression and our worth through language, categories and boxes... This is just a beginning look into the integration of all parts of ourselves, by finding the value and worth of our simply profound existence.
