In this episode I am going to talk about our Quality Management Plan for the 2011 - 2012 season. This is what I like to call our paper work episode. Now we are always working on the management plan year round. What I mean by this is we are currently measuring the success and failures of our current plan so we know what to do in our next plan. Also in this episode, I described our hunting club and discuss the success and failures of the 2010 - 2011 season.
