Hawa Arsala is fascinated by the occult, by power, and by the folklore we carry in our DNA. Talking to her feels like reading three brilliant books at once. Hawa is a cultural anthropologist and creative director who calls both Washington D.C. and Afghanistan home. She has directed global campaigns, researched the effects of war on widows and children in Afghanistan, and studied youth culture across America. Reality Streaming is her latest project.
