realizations

hi everyone! today i will be sharing some of the realizations i had that allowed me to meet myself, in my truest form. i go over my take on mindsets, the importance of acceptance, the reality of self sabotaging, and some of the struggles i experienced, prior to making any permanent changes to myself. all of these realizations are strictly on a mental/emotional level, it’s not meant to be compared to other aspects beyond that. enjoy this episode!
