http://eckinmass.org Fortunately on this path of Eckankar we have tools which can help one with fear and stress. One of the main tools is singing the word HU. Singing HU, pronounced like the man's name Hugh, has many spiritual benefits, among them a feeling of comfort and peace, and a release of fears. It also offers us much more than this. Sung over time, and with the guidance of our spiritual leader, we can realize our true nature which is Soul, an atom in the body of God. A benefit of this realization is a sense on freedom, spiritual freedom, and a feeling of unconditional love. This is not a state of selfish realization, but one where our greatest joy is in serving others, in being a channel to bring this unconditional love into the world.
