from Log It! Another Movie Podcast
This week, we introduce a very special guest to Log It!, @sunflowerpopshop (aka Becca)! Becca does all the awesome art for the show and joins us to talk Alfred Hitchcock's Rear Window. We start things off talking movie art, movie snacks, and a bit of Miyazaki in Last Four, then get into the enduring classic, Rear Window. Becca tells about her first time seeing the movie in art school, and we get into why it's one we can watch over and over. We get into Jimmy Stewart, Grace Kelly, and the loveable cast of characters that live in the courtyard. Plus, insights from a Truffaut/Hitchcock interview where the two filmmakers discuss the film, the people that inspired the character of Lisa Fremont, L.B. Jefferies being a jerk, and much more.
