REASONS WE DON'T TRUST AND HOW TO TRUST AGAIN

TRUST Reasons Why We Pull Back...  There is a reason that we pull back in relationships, Whether they are "going well" or not..  We begin to feel a sense of emotion or connection to something or someone that we feel we can't control.. and the fear of "loosing" this person or feeling terrifies us and we begin to make choices that lead us to unconsciously or consciously "pulling" away..    Self sabotaging the relationship in a way so that it maybe hurts less when what we self define as the "inevitable" ultimately happens and they leave us .. or hurt us or betray us.. The journey here is NOT to try and give our selves away to control our outer reality.. It is not to disconnect from people in our lives ( and from ourselves ) because feeling nothing and being numb seems better than being able to feel emotions but risking getting hurt.. The answer is to connect so deeply with yourself and your guidance and to YOU as the Source of your emotion and experience that ALL responsibility from the outer world to make you feel a certain way vanishes .. The illusion of external power over your state of being and state of mind is revealed.. You begin to trust again ...
