Rebecca Carpenter - Requiem for a Running Back

D.J., Kate, and Jillian are joined by Rebecca Carpenter, Director of the very powerful docuemtary "Requiem for a Running Back". Requiem focuses on the life and career of former NFL player and three time champion Lew Carpenter (who also happens to be Rebecca's father). Lew was posthumously diagnosed with CTE after his death in 2010 and the film focuses on Rebecca connecting with her late father and other former players and family members who experienced the same situations. We discuss the film and what it was like growing up in a household with a father who you couldn't quite figure out what was wrong with him.
