In the show Deterding talks about the transformation of the YMCA from its origins over a century ago to an intentional culture today of making all feel included; the meaning of leadership and Deterding’s approach to being a CEO, and living up to her purpose in serving others.This show is one in a series supported in part by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce.
